- Hit the speed bag to develop hand-eye-feet coordination
- Hit the heavy bag to develop punching power
- Work the punching mitts to develop technique
- Use the jump rope to increase your stamina and conditioning
- Many other workouts to develop technique, speed, and power
You’ll get a complete training experience just like the old school boxing greats did.
